Job Description
Summary of Duties:
Responsible for quality assurance assuring supplier compliance to deliver complex military products. Includes control and inspection of incoming materials and goods, liaise with other departments on quality matters, supplier selection and monitoring, collaborating with customers.
Specific Duties:
Manages quality methods and standards for inspecting, testing, and evaluating products during all phases of the product lifecycle.
Plans, implements, and monitors process improvements.
Generates and approves documentation changes.
Reviews and dispositions non-conforming material and recommends corrective actions.
Collaborate with customers, internal departments, suppliers and others as needed.
Negotiates quality standards with appropriate internal departments.
