Essential Responsibilities:
Execute and maintain the Midland Quality Assurance Program, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and industry standards including but not limited to AAR M-1003.Lead the gathering and analysis of complex data sets within the quality function to support manufacturing operations, supply chain visibility, and customer satisfaction.Utilize advanced quality and continuous improvement tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis) to identify, rectify, and prevent systemic quality issues.Drive the implementation of permanent corrective actions and process enhancements to reduce the cost of poor quality.Coach and develop talent within the organization especially as it relates to quality in support of Midlands products and servicesInteract with the ERP (Oracle) system and manage the material movement on inspected goodsAccountable for developing and mon...
