Quality Engineer
Turkey, Kemalpaşa – İzmir
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide quality control and technical support for fermentation, fresh products, dry seasoning, and condiments at McCormick Kutas facilities.
- Monitor, interpret, and report Statistical Process Control (SPC) data for all site-produced products.
- Record and report production non-conformities and customer complaints, supporting timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- Support R&D during new product trials.
- Participate in internal and external audits (GMP, HACCP, Food Defense) and ensure full site compliance.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
