Job Description
- Lead and resolve in-process, outgoing, and customer quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions .
- Coordinate MRB meetings for quality failures, ensuring timely disposition and follow-up closure.
- Oversee in-process and finished product inspections, develop quality plans, and drive continuous improvement with process and equipment teams.
- Conduct product and process risk analysis to ensure proper identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks.
- Perform internal process audits and track monthly quality performance , including in-process, outgoing, and customer complaint metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
