Department: Manufacturing / Operations / QualityLocation: Mexico - LinaresDescriptionCoordinates activities to ensure the quality of the products being manufactured, and reports quality statistics for each production department.
Supports the different production departments in making quality‐related decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration of complaints from external and internal customers.Analysis of returns from Sister Plants, follow-up, and closure.Rework of products due to returns from Sister Plants.Administration of NCRs, follow-up, and closure.Keep the Production Supervisor informed of quality issues.Generate weekly informational reports on quality status by department.Contact and communicate any type of improvement or quality correction in the product or its components to our suppliers, other Franklin Electric plants, or corporate offices.Review the weekly publication of DPPM charts in production areas.Responsible for creating Acceptance Criteria (RCC‐*********) for p...
