**Job Description**
The Quality Inspector ensures that incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products meet established specifications and standards. This role performs detailed visual and dimensional inspections, documents results accurately, and works closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities**
+ Inspect materials received from vendors for approval, rejecting and arranging the return of unacceptable materials in accordance with established procedures.
+ Perform First Article inspections on initial production items and communicate required adjustments to production and engineering supervisors before granting final approval.
+ Escalate quality issues promptly to the Quality Manager and/or Production Manager when nonconformances or recurring problems are identified.
