The Quality Lab Assistant will perform duties to test raw materials, finished products, packaging & competitor products to determine conformance to material specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sofidel America's Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP to promote a safe, sanitary and hygienically sound workplace.
- Work from approved quality standards, written and verbal orders.
- Test raw materials against established specifications.
- Test finished product against established specifications.
- Report results of raw materials and finished product testing to relevant personnel.
- Report, release and reject raw materials based on specified requirements approvals.
