Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the Quality Department

Higher technical education, preferably in Production Engineering or Quality Management

Fluent English, enabling easy communication in an international environment

Knowledge of Lean and Operational Excellence tools and methodologies, enabling the optimization of quality processes

Experience in managing and leading a team

A strong personality, courageous in challenging the status quo, and open to implementing innovative solutions
