Descripción y detalle de las actividadesResponsible for the appropriate distribution and accessibility of the documentation within the organization.Develop and documents systems and procedures which enable better document control.
- Receive all documentation from ECR's, NPI and support departments to allocate and control- Verify documentation to assure it meets the minimal requirements according to the document.
- Maintain all documentation updated and controlled to comply with external regulations and internal company procedures- Training within the organization in all procedures for document control- Document distribution for new and reviewed documents- Handle the storage and retrieval of information in an accurate, consistent and thorough manner.
