Quality & Reliability Lab Technician
We are seeking a Quality & Reliability Lab Technician to support quality assurance efforts for integrated circuit products. This role partners closely with Reliability, Design, and Development Engineers to execute accelerated stress testing and validate product durability for production and recall units.

This role partners closely with Reliability, Design, and Development Engineers to execute accelerated stress testing and validate product durability for production and recall units.
Key Responsibilities
Support reliability qualification testing including ESD, HTOL, Temperature Cycling, HAST, and related standards
Configure, operate, and maintain environmental test systems and Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
Perform technical rework including BGA re-balling, RMA lead rework, and assembly of test fixtures or evaluation boards
Maintain accurate reliability data, track quality records, and support timely reporting of test results
