Z1 Tech is seeking a Quantitative Trader to build and deploy automated intraday trading strategies. Engage directly with leadership as an early hire in this innovative project.
As a pivotal addition to Z1 Tech, you will take ownership of developing systematic trading strategies with minimal corporate constraints. Collaborate closely with the CEO in this unique greenfield initiative, focusing on everything from data analysis to execution logic for live markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and backtest high-frequency trading strategies
• Optimize execution algorithms for slippage and fill rates
• Collaborate with engineering on trading infrastructure
• Create risk management frameworks and tools
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a quantitative trading environment
• Deep knowledge of market microstructure and derivatives
