As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in managing the financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
What you’ll be doing
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets and financial reports for construction projects
- Prepare and execute the tendering process for the infrastructure project.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders
- Monitor project costs, variations and claims, and provide regular progress updates
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
