Job Summary

Support the Contracts Director, Contracts Manager, and Quantity Surveying team to manage project cost budgets, monitor design changes, and oversee contract administration for timely and accurate project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support the Contracts Director, Contracts Manager, and Quantity Surveyor team to ensure effective project quantity surveying management
• Prepare and monitor project cost budgets and cash flow, tracking design and construction changes to adjust budget projections accurately
• Source and coordinate with site personnel, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and architects on all project-related matters
• Manage progress claims, variation orders, final accounts, and subcontractor progress claims to ensure accurate financial tracking
