QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities Perform simple QS function to analyze cost comparison, prepare budget, evaluate and recommend on the award of Sub-contractors / vendors & implement cost control monitoring Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off if necessary Prepare Variation Orders, evaluate, recommend & settlement of sub-contractor / vendors' payments claims & final accounts, Sourcing and negotiations with reliable and reputable vendors / suppliers Prepare and Issue Work Orders/ Letter of Award to sub-contractor. Manage daily procurement and contract requirements, maintain, monitor and update the procurement database / costing with budget Assist Management in all contractual and costing matters Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
