Commercial lead supporting the delivery of a major Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and associated high-voltage infrastructure project in Scotland. Responsible for the full commercial management of civil, electrical and infrastructure work packages throughout the construction phase, ensuring effective cost control, contract compliance and risk managemen

- Managed subcontract procurement from tender evaluation through to award and contract execution
- Administered NEC contracts, including compensation events, early warnings and change control procedures
- Prepared, assessed and agreed interim valuations, payment applications and final accounts
