. Preparation and submission of progress claim for Main Contract . Manage variation orders for Main Contract and Sub-Contract . Work closely with project team on preparation of variation claim and provide contractual advice on claims . Preparation of Sub-Contract document and work order . Evaluate and prepare payment to Sub-Contractors . Update and report project cost to management . Liaise with Consultants and Sub-Contractors for cost and contractual matters . Settlement of final account for Main Contract and Sub-Contract
