Quantity Surveyor

We are an Established BCA Registered signage company. House under 15,000 sq ft at Loyang, we design, manufacture and install all types of signage. Our projects range from Construction industry, Developers and government agencies. We are seeking to hire Quantity Surveyors in line with our expansion. Job responsibilities

1. To submit monthly progress claims and justifications to consultants/contractors.
2. Submit Variation Orders (VO) to contractors/Client with compilation of substantiation.
3. Aim to close final account for all completed projects to close the project.
4. Prepare quotations as and when required for justifications.
5. To follow up closely for project SOI / highlight project teams that have yet to give inputs for claims.
6. Able to take off quantities and compare as built with contract for finalisation of Final Accounts.
