QUANTITY SURVEYOR (OMAN) ️
We are looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors with a strong background in Civil & Waterlines!
POSITION: QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)
EXPERIENCE: 5 to 10 Years (Civil & Waterline focus)
SOFTWARE: AutoCAD & MS Office Proficiency
SKILLS: Strong Numerical, Analytical & Negotiation Skills
OMAN or Any other GCC Country Experience is Mandatory
️ CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monthly Project Billing & Consultant Follow-up.
Subcontractor Payment Certification.
Site Visits for Quantity Verification.
Cost Estimation, Budgeting & Tendering.
Quantity Take-off (Civil & Waterline Drawings).
RFQ Management & Rate Analysis.
Variation & Final Account Negotiation.
SALARY & PERKS PACKAGE:
SALARY: OMR 500/- to 700/- (Dependent on Experience)
