Quantity Surveyor An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established residential developer delivering high-quality housing projects across Scotland. This role offers the chance to work on a range of developments from inception through to final account while supporting the commercial success of multiple sites. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs, procurement activities, subcontractor accounts, and financial reporting to ensure developments are delivered within budget and to programme. Key Responsibilities Managing the commercial aspects of residential housing developments. Preparing and reviewing budgets, cost plans, and forecasts.
