Job Responsibilities
- Assist in post-contract cost control and commercial administration for construction projects.
- Prepare and process progress claims, subcontractor claims, and supplier payments.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets, cost tracking, and project expenditures.
- Prepare and submit Variation Orders (VOs) and maintain proper supporting records and documentation.
- Carry out quantity take-offs and measurement works based on drawings and site requirements.
- Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tender and contract documents.
- Maintain proper records of contracts, claims, variations, and project costs.
- Liaise and coordinate with project managers, engineers, site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers on cost and contractual matters.
