Job Description
Responsible for creating a take-off, cost estimation, BOQ generation using AutoCAD, Planswift or any related tools for Quantity Surveying.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of bid forms, cost breakdown, and supporting documents
- Review plans coming from client or commercial department
- Assess all received documents and plans to ensure completeness
- Attend pre-bid meetings and clarification meetings
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of estimates
- Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Provide support and documentation to team members
- Preparation of material breakdown for awarded projects
