Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Supervise the procurement of packages ensuring technical completion
- Monitor sub-contractor and supplier payments and sub-contractor variations
- Manage the project budget as directed by the Project Director
- Document and cost changes to the work scopes and prepare the monthly valuations and final accounts
