Assist the Tender Manager in preparing tender and contract documents
Interact with the architect and/or the client Understand bid/tender documents/drawings/specifications Quantity taking-off and put together bill of quantities Undertaking cost analysis for construction works
Subcontractors sourcing, negotiation and quotation confirmation including contract drafting and confirmation Communication with project manager and site team for works that require subcontractors or specialized workers. Communication with site team for preparation of clarifications, work valuation and certification Submission of progress claims and tax invoices to clients and consultants Certification of subcontractors claims and arrangement of payments Keep...
