Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: Assist in pre/post contract administration, the preparation of tender documentation and pricing. Prepare and assist in monitoring the progress claims and payments. Perform cost planning and cost control. Preparation of monthly valuations for progress payments, assist in verifying subcontractor claims. Settle contractual disputes and prepare final accounts. In charge of material takeoff, cost & estimate of projects Overall responsible in providing detailed, requirement and working drawings Ensure compliance of drawings with regulatory specifications Other adhoc duties assigned from time to time Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Building / Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Good Negotiating Skills Must be meticulous with positive work attitude Committed, analytical and able to meet tight scheduled duties assigned Independent and a good team player
