Become a Growth and Performance Designer with Questrade on a 6-month contract basis in Toronto. Drive digital performance through innovative design and user testing.
In this role, you will work closely with top-tier designers to create impactful visual systems that engage users and lead to measurable business growth. Your designs will not only be aesthetic but also functionally strategic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop high-volume assets for diverse digital platforms
• Create compelling video content and animations
• Examine performance metrics to refine designs
• Conduct A/B testing on innovative design concepts

Requirements:
• 2–4 years in digital design with a focus on performance
