Job Description
Responsibilities
Create quote and update quote for revisions per set pricing guidelines
Create initial Quote Folder with supporting documents
Download / Upload Specs and Drawings from/to customer sites
Quote to meet local unique building code requirements
Locate and retrieve to meet Market Segment or Customer specs
Quote in accordance with seismic requirements
Identify and incorporate any special requirements based on Corporate Standards
Solicit support from Account Manager and other internal departments, as required
Provide feedback to Account Manager regarding discrepancies, inconsistencies or lack of detail on Specs
Initiate Scope Request, if required
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in preparing quotations or cost estimates, preferably in the
Engineering/Construction industry
Ability to interpret and understand construction documents and specifications
Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
