Process Engineer
Electronic Engineering (Preferred)
- 5 years of experience
- Problem solving skills, Statistical knowledge, Black Belt or green Belt Preferred (DOE, ANOVA, etc)
- Equipment experience: Printer Machine, Oven profiler, AOI, SPI
- Define & analyze oven profiles
- DFM, VALOR, CAD, AEGIS, CAMCAD, PCB investigator, etc.
- Stencil design
- Solder paste specification knowledge
- Knowledge on PCB finished & components composition
- Parts approval process
Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
