Summary of the Role

Great Western Railway Ltd. is seeking a qualified conductor with a proven commitment to Safety and Customer Service to fill a vacancy for casual/part time coverage.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with all Safety Rules, Procedures, and Regulations.
• Oversee safe movement of trains over our 400 mile plus operating network.
• Switching cars.
• Making or splitting up trains in yards.
• Moving cars between yards, sidings or other tracks.
• Conduct train inspections.
• Operate switches, coupling cars.
• Giving and receiving signals.
• Completing all digital and paperwork reporting.
