RBS Contract Support (Bogotá)

The contract support will be responsible for handling expiring contracts/renewals in a timely and accurate manner. In addition to this responsibility, the contract support will be responsible for data entry into pricing tables to support client tenders/RFPs in a timely and accurate manner. Meeting deadlines is a key performance requirement for this position.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Data entry into price sheets as part of client tenders/RFPs
• Renew expiring rate agreements and draft rate agreements with new clients as per instruction from the Contracts Director. Client communication will be handled by the Contracts Director
• Proofread, edit, and fact-check legal documents for accuracy and consistency
• Maintain client certificates on insurance, provide credit reports to the accounting department and generate monthly KPI reports related to financial performance
