Overview The CoE QA provides independent assurance on RCSA CoE control testing delivery, ensuring outcomes meet enterprise, regulatory, and CoE quality standards. The role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the QA methodology and framework, identifying systemic quality issues, and ensuring consistent application of testing standards across the CoE. Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Strategic Focus Own and maintain the end to end Quality Assurance (QA) Framework for control testing CoE, including annual refreshes, methodology updates, and integration of regulatory changes. Partner with the CoE Manager to define QA strategy and tracking quality indicators over time. Provide meaningful insights from QA outcomes to support continuous enhancement of the control testing policy and methodologies Contribute to the review, enhancement and development of controls, as may be required.
