- To be well versed with FSSAI, FDA, AYUSH regulations and guidelines.
- Proposes new product ideas via market study and evaluates formulation strategies for Research and Development compounds.
- Experienced in product development such as protein drinks, capsules, tablets & other formats of dietary supplements.
- Owning a complete product development cycle from Idea & Concept testing, design formulations with regulatory compliance, optimize process, checks efficacy and safety evidence, Sensory evaluation, design and review Health claims and labels w.R.T regulatory compliances.
- Should have handled the registration and licensing for FSSAI nutraceuticals, FDA and AYUSH category.
- Maintaining proper documentation for licensing and product registration.
- Responsible for New certifications for products and renewal of existing products certifications.
