Reablement Support Worker - Empower Independence

Home Support Matters is seeking compassionate Community Support Workers to join their Reablement Service in Lowestoft. In this role, you'll assist individuals after hospital discharge or changes in personal circumstances, helping them regain confidence and daily living skills.

The shift patterns are 7 on / 7 off, with pay starting at £13.10 per hour on weekdays. Additional perks include paid holidays, a £100 referral bonus, and comprehensive training.
