Receptionist
We are seeking a Receptionist for the Ward Clinical Administration Team at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The role provides patient‑focused administrative support, coordinates patient activity, and interacts with patients, relatives and staff.
Main duties
- Assist with the coordination of patient activity through the wards, including completion of designated admission and discharge paperwork.
- Follow Trust standards for meeting and greeting patients, recording information, and escalating any delays to the Patient Flow Facilitator.
- Utilise a variety of IT systems and demonstrate keyboard skills.
- Provide administrative support to clinical areas as part of a friendly and supportive team.
Qualifications
- Numeracy and literacy.
- NVQ II in Administration or Customer Service, or an equivalent qualification or experience.
