Ballymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort is currently recruiting for experienced part time Receptionist to join the Team.
The Ballymascanlon Hotel is a four-star property set on 130 acres of beautiful parkland, this impressive Victorian House forms the heart of this Hotel. It is one of the most remarkable historical estates in Ireland dating back to 833 A.D.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- To welcome guests to the hotel
- To register arrival and departure of hotel guests in a friendly, prompt & efficient manner
- To respond to guests' requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings
- To arrange for special services requested by the guest
- To ensure guests' requests are dealt with by liaising with housekeeping, reservations, F&B and other departments.
