The Authentic Village Hotel islooking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team for thesummer season of 2026.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with warmth andprofessionalism upon arrival.
Handle check-ins, check-outs.
Address guest inquiries andprovide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Manage phone calls and emailspromptly and courteously.
Coordinate with otherdepartments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Job requirements
Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Greek Language.
Proficiency in English (additionallanguages are a plus).
Strong organizational skills andattention to detail.
Experience with hotel managementsystems is an advantage.
