Overview

We are looking for a Receptionist/Client Service Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and obtain your insurance license while making a meaningful impact on our clients and team. This is a full-time position. The typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5 pm. As a Client Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Personal Lines department by assisting with phone calls, quotes, policy changes, carrier research, and documentation.
