Are you passionate about supporting people on their recovery journey? We are looking for a Recovery Coordinator (Band 5) to join our well-established Drug and Alcohol Services team. This is a key role in delivering structured treatment and recovery support for individuals affected by substance misuse, including those prescribed opioid substitution therapy (OST).
What You'll Do
Manage a caseload of clients with complex needs, including those prescribed OST. Complete comprehensive assessments, risk management plans, and recovery plans.
