Position: Mental Health Support Worker; Contract Type: Permanent; Location: Sydenham; Salary: £24,000 - £28,000
Responsibilities
- Supporting Clients: Work closely with individuals facing challenges, providing tailored support to help them achieve their recovery goals
- Creating Recovery Plans: Develop and implement personalised recovery plans that promote independence and well-being
