Your technical knowledge of datacenter mechanics will support skill assessments and candidate validations, ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and recruit Data Center Technicians across APAC
• Perform technical interviews for practical skill assessment
• Organize and maintain a qualified DCT pool
• Verify and manage technician credentials and references
• Oversee onboarding and training processes for current DCTs
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Strong technical knowledge of datacenter mechanics
