Role Overview
- Manage the complete caregiver hiring pipeline from application to onboarding and workforce integration.
- Handle large volumes of applicants with strong communication and high-energy outreach.
- Conduct daily phone screens and high-volume interviews.
- Manage ATS, coordinate onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent candidate experience.
- Fast-paced and metrics-driven role suited for energetic, organized, and process-oriented individuals.

- Make 100+ phone calls to caregiver applicants weekly.
