A. Responsibilities
Understand job descriptions and hiring managers needs to research and source the right talent pool.
Source and evaluate candidates for open positions.
Maintain strong relationships and clear communication with both candidates and consultants.
Review employment applications and perform background checks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) prior to submission.
Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and propose effective solutions to improve hiring results.
Achieve the monthly target set by management.
Update candidate information in the VC database (company shared drive).
Submit dashboard reports and update the PIC track sheet on a weekly basis.
