Qualifications

- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role
- Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates
- Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring requirements
