6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Schedule interviews with clients and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
