- Proactively build a strong talent community and pipeline of in-demand talent through personal and digital networking
- Manage client orders, ensuring service level agreements are met or exceeded
- Coordinate candidate placements
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Schedule, prepare for, and participate in job kickoff and interview preparation calls
