Manage end-to-end recruitment: from sourcing candidates to releasing offer lettersSource talent through multiple channels and maintain a strong candidate pipelineConduct pre-screening and HR interviews, and coordinate technical and management roundsNegotiate salaries and ensure timely offer managementBuild and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and vendorsTrack recruitment metrics and maintain accurate recordsRepresent TCS at job fairs and recruitment eventsRequirements:
