About the role
Hi, my name is Symone, Recruiting Operations & Enablement Manager here at Customer.io! I’m looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who cares deeply about candidate experience and takes pride in keeping our recruiting processes organized, accurate, and running smoothly.
This role goes beyond scheduling. While interview coordination is central to the work, you’ll also help strengthen how our recruiting team operates — supporting programs, improving processes, and ensuring our systems stay aligned and effective.
