Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Post job advertisement on job search websites / job portal or any recruitment engines
• Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidate
• Administering examination to applicants
• Conducting orientation
• Do background checking
• Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates
• Coordinate with HR Coordinator/s manpower needs
• Do field recruitment as needed
• Maintain the internal applicants database
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Sciences or any related courses
• Computer Literate (MS Applications)
• With good communication skills both English and Filipino
• With knowledge in sourcing and recruitment
• Fast learner and can work with minimal supervision
