Referral Program Operations Lead

EXL Service Philippines, Inc. is seeking a responsible Employee Referral Program POC to oversee the day-to-day administration and coordination of the company’s Employee Referral Program. In this role, you will act as the main contact for employees and stakeholders on referral submissions and process tracking.
