- To work closely with AG Team, branch, operations and agency leaders
- To formulate and prepare strategic action plan, also tracking and updates
- To supervise agency strategic plans on the key KPIs – monitoring the progress and ensuring control measures are implemented.
- Attend to any agency doubts, concerns and problem faced by agency members and to provide solution to overcome the problem.
