Regional General Manager (Multisite – Sales & Operations)
Location: Amsterdam or Rotterdam
Salary: Around €120,000 gross per annum + bonus
A leadingmultisite, customer-facing services businessis seeking aRegional General Managerto take full ownership of a regional portfolio across the Netherlands. This role carriesend-to-end accountabilityfor commercial growth, operational performance, customer experience, and financial results.
The position combinesstrong outbound sales leadershipwith hands-on operational management. Approximatelyhalf of the role is commercially focused, driving new business acquisition and field sales performance, while maintaining close oversight of service delivery, team execution, and customer retention across multiple locations.
